As the tOwns fool stumbles into a story, were taken on a journey of an estranged brother in a dying monarch returning to the kingdom he once called home and finds himself fighting for the throne against The strong-willed daughter of the king. Meanwhile, a young servant is forced to find his own voice, while competIng with his over achieving brother for the affections of the princess. This ENTANGLEMENT of a love story is a fresh, fond, and fierce.

Upon a time is the very first piece that i wrote! Ever! I was In high school when i was given an assignment To create a musical and eVeryone wanted to turn Movies into musicals, but i was annoyed by the concept and wanted to create my own story.
After About 7 years i stuMbled back, Across it and was SURPRISED at how good the breakdown, still, was. I started studying and learning the construction of a successful musicAl and Kept getting frUsTrated That i “had to follow the rules.” Until one day i said…you know what i’m Writing this my way.
While incorporating the 9-o’clock number, i was able to have a mixed variety of sounds from r&b to powerful pop ballads; and still Touch on the topics of sexism, GeneratiOnal trauma, and self-Discovery.
